Well As of today we have 363 MLS listings in Airdrie
283 are SINGLE family 80 are CONDO listings
There has been 88 properties SOLD in the LAST 30 Days.
Average Sale price is $362,014.00 and Average Days on market is 73.
SO all in all we have just over 4 months of inventory (or Saturation)
