WALL ART?

I know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder - but this scared the heck out of me.  Heading downstairs with some buyers to a dark basement - this is what greeted me at the bottom of the stairs.

I swear, was someone trying to pull a practical joke?    

I know that taking down personal photo's and staging a home are key elements when selling your home.  And some folks would say that is  ART and won't consider taking it down.

BUT honestly this critter was darn right freaky.   

SO if you're considering selling your home, maybe put the mounted ART away, far away.  Box it up, or however you would store it and save a REALTOR. 

Good lighting down a staircase, a sense staging is key - when selling your home.
