HOME INSPECTIONS

Published 12 March 11 12:57 PM | Terri Stephens

Recently working with a seller on a Rental Property, I suggested they get a home inspection done prior to listing the home.

This way they know going into any offer what the issues may be and either address them head on or repair them ahead of any offers.

Its is a gamble that the potential buyer will not accept the SELLERS Home Inspection, but in some cases you may want to know of any concerns before the negotiations come into play.

BUYERS are always looking to reduce the price on a home if they can, with a home inspection report.

Keeping in mind cosmetic items do not count.  "Be prepared", is a good motto to go by.

Having a Experienced Realtor by your side, is a good idea - giving you the heads up to what repairs and staging you may need in your home prior to listing.

We have a wide selection of Home Stagers, Home Inspectors, and Photographers we can refer you to.

Presentation is KEY when selling your home.

Happy House Selling
