"Upper Middle Class", You Say.

So I found out today that there are a few buyers looking for the "Upper Middle Class" homes in Airdrie.

Agents from Airdrie, Calgary and Red Deer are looking around our great city for homes of discerning tastes and craftmanship.

Quote - "there not looking for builder's who just build to code and slap on lipstick and mascara."

Speaking to someone in the custom home construction - He mentioned unless you want to spend upwards of over $900,000.00 for a home - of impeccable quality - I really think the upper end homes will rise in price and we will see prices of $700,000.00 plus.  Keep in mind he said, "these are homes with more than just granite, hardwood and your basic kitchen cabinets."  These buyers are looking for more than just your average home.

"Yes, you can find a home of 2400 square feet in Airdrie for around $549,900.00" he said, "but its your basic box with basic inside finishing with some lipstick & Mascara."

The way I see it, there's a price and a home for everyone.  A sense of Community, and amenities are key.

If you're looking for a higher end home with craftsmanship, and more attention to details - yes, Airdrie offers this style of home.  If you're wanting a good built home with nice conventional upgrades that you'll enjoy and still build equity in your home's future - Yes, Airdrie offers this style of home. 

No matter the budget, and Wish List - the City of Airdrie has it all for your next home purchase.
