Wanted Greenspace

Many of my buyers and people looking for a new home want Greenspace or a home backing onto a park. With lots in Calgary and Airdrie getting smaller. This wish or must have is getting harder to find.
Developers want to maximize their profits by fitting as many homes into a new community as they can. This brings up issues of fire, parking and general sense of feeling closed in.
My job, of course is to find the BEST or RIGHT house for my clients, in Calgary or Airdrie.
During the interveiw I ask questions of the expectations and the ulimate wish list. Now, if you're able to tick off 8 boxes on your checklist....thats pretty darn good when considering a specific home. Even after building a home, there is always that - should have, moment. * We built a brand new home...and a year later we pondered - should have made the living room bigger. Of, course its fine the way it is...
I have a townhouse coming up for sale ($325,900.00) with a walk out basement, loaded with very nice upgrades and features backing onto a 45 acre park reserve. There are walking paths and foot bridges along the park reserve for family to enjoy.
Picking the right community is essential - asking questions - perhaps visitng the community while we tour around is a good idea.
