I mentioned in my previous blog, about the DEAL OF THE WEEK. Snooping around Airdrie to find those homes that catch my eye. Great prices for a lot of house or location.
WELL - I found another.
1700 sqaure foot home in AIRDRIE (yes, a bungalow) with 4 bedrooms in total - fully finished. 2 fire places and loads of upgrades
$599,900.00 this home cannot be rebuilt for this price by the Local Builder. Its located in a cul-de-sac.
Just to put it into more of a perspective. A similar house is listed for $789,900.00 on the golf course.
