NEW HOME & REALTOR RELATIONSHIPS

Did you know that you must have your Realtor register you with a new home builder in order to keep both you and your Realtor working together.  It's not a new issue, but one that most home builders like to keep under their hats.  You spend time with your Realtor looking for a home, and than decide to buy a new home.  If you're not registered you will be left alone without your Realtor by your side.  It's a lot of hard work and time .... that goes to waste.  Take a few business cards along, tell the sales person you're working with a realtor.  You have the choice, keeping your real estate professional by your side.  Keep in mind most new home sales people, work only for the new home builder...not you.
